And, Yes, it really is easy. There are just three key things you need to do.

Can you lay or just sit meditating without getting distracted and totally forget why you’re even there?

11 years ago, I started meditation. Like so many, off and on in the first year or two. It got better over time, and, by keeping it simple, I have now not missed a day in 8 years.

“No way!”

“Yip, absolutely.”

“So, you’re a guru then?”

“Umm, nope, even now, there are days when a session doesn’t work. Not too many, but it does happen. Let me tell you what works for me.”

There's a mountain of scientific evidence to back up the benefits of meditating. There are these guys in India and China who back in the day gave it a go. Probably around 2000 years ago, and they are still doing it².

No!… Not the original guys!🙄

Some benefits of meditation include:
Better focus and concentration — Managing anxiety or depression
Reduced stress — Improved self-esteem and self-awareness
Fight addictions — Increases your sense of connectedness and empathy
Makes you more kind and loving — Controls pain¹
