The difficult emotional tool to weld is Acceptance. Acceptance that we are humans and these thoughts are ‘normal’. Acceptance of this moment. We actually have nothing else. And as you say, awareness. Awareness of the emotion, then acceptance, then let it float on a leaf down the stream.
